Installation Guide
Surface Preparation
Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry and structurally sound before fitting. Dry-fit each strip to confirm the correct position.
Cutting
Cut using an angle grinder or jigsaw with the smooth side facing upwards. Remove any burrs from cut edges before installation.
Installation

Apply a zig-zag bead of polyurethane adhesive.

Press the strip firmly into position.

Where mechanical fixing is required, begin fixing from the centre and work outwards.

Drill clearance holes approximately 45mm from each end and at 500mm centres, then countersink.

Leave a 3–4mm expansion gap between adjoining strips and fill with a suitable flexible mastic where required.
A 310ml tube of adhesive typically covers approximately 1.5–2m². For maximum performance, use adhesive together with mechanical fixings where appropriate.
