1. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
All returns are subject to the buyer returning goods at their own cost and expense. The buyer shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including but not limited to packaging, insurance, and carrier fees.
2. INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS
All returned materials will be subject to thorough inspection upon receipt at our facility. This inspection process is mandatory and non-waivable for all returns, regardless of the stated reason for return.
3. RETURN AND INSPECTION FEES
A return and inspection fee equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total order value will be deducted from any credit or refund due. This fee covers administrative costs, inspection procedures, and processing time, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Any goods found to be damaged, altered, or not in their original condition upon inspection will be charged to the buyer at the normal sale rate. These charges will be deducted from any credit due or invoiced separately if the credit amount is insufficient.
5. DELIVERY COST DEDUCTION
Original delivery costs paid or charged for the initial shipment will be deducted from the final credit payment. These costs are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return.

The final credit amount will be calculated as follows:
- Original order value
- Less: Return and inspection fee (25%)
- Less: Original delivery costs
- Less: Any charges for damaged goods
- Less: Any other applicable fees or charges
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By initiating any return transaction you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
8. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
These terms may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal agreements or modifications will be recognized.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
