Manufactured from Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), each waffle board features a gritted resin finish that provides reliable grip in challenging conditions.
Reliable Grip & Safety
The textured surface achieves Level 3 slip resistance, independently tested to BS7976.2, helping maintain traction in dry, wet, oily and greasy conditions. When specified in accordance with BS EN ISO 14122:2016, the boards are suitable for heavy-use and wheeled traffic areas.
Weather & Chemical Resistance
Designed for long-term outdoor use, GRP waffle boards withstand temperatures from -50°C to +110°C and are UV resistant, making them suitable for year-round exposure without rusting, rotting or corroding.
Certified Performance
For added peace of mind, the boards are REACH and RoHS compliant, electrically non-conductive, and meet both EN 13501-1:2018 Class Bfl-s1 and ASTM E84-2018 Class 1 fire performance standards.
