Applications

External Steps & Stair Nosings – Provides maximum traction in icy and wet conditions.
Ramps & Loading Bays – Ideal for industrial facilities, warehouses, and logistic centers.
Factories & Workplaces – Prevents slips and falls in heavy-duty environments.
Forklift & Machinery Surfaces – Enhances grip on metal surfaces exposed to oil and grease.
Outdoor Walkways & Bridges – Designed to withstand snow, rain, and extreme weather conditions.
Boats & Marine Applications – Resistant to saltwater exposure and deck wear.
Wind Turbines & High-Risk Areas – Used for safety on extreme height applications.

Benefits

Extreme Slip Resistance – The deep 30-grit texture provides maximum Coefficient of Friction (COF) for superior traction.
Tough & Durable – Designed for heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic, resisting wear even in the most challenging environments.
Weather & Ice Resistant – Unlike standard anti-slip tapes, this tape prevents ice buildup due to its deep grit valleys that allow liquids to flow away.
Industrial-Grade Adhesion – Features a high-tack HG adhesive, designed to bond to difficult surfaces like powder-coated metal.
Self-Adhesive & Easy to Install – No specialist tools required; simply peel and stick for instant safety enhancement.
Chemical & Oil Resistant – Withstands motor oil, grease, and industrial chemicals, making it ideal for factories, warehouses, and transport hubs.
R118 Approved – Meets fire and safety regulations for use in commercial vehicles and high-risk areas.
Manufactured in the UK – High-quality anti-slip safety tape, built to last.
Available in Multiple Sizes & Custom Cuts – Choose from standard rolls up to 100mm x 18.3m, with die-cut options for specific applications.

Installation & Fixings

Proper installation ensures maximum adhesion and long-lasting durability. Follow these steps for the best results:

Step 1: Surface Preparation

Clean the surface thoroughly – Remove dirt, oil, grease, and moisture using an alcohol-based cleaner.
For porous surfaces (wood, concrete, stone), apply H3506 Primer before installation.

Step 2: Measure & Cut

Cut the anti-slip tape to the required length using a sharp utility knife or scissors.
For steps and ramps, position strips evenly to ensure optimal foot traction.

Step 3: Peel & Stick

Peel off the adhesive backing and firmly press the tape onto the surface.
Ensure a secure fit by pressing down evenly across the entire length.

Step 4: Secure & Bond

Use a roller to eliminate air bubbles and strengthen adhesion.
For heavy-duty applications, apply H3502 Edge Fix to prevent lifting and prolong lifespan.

Step 5: Allow Proper Curing Time

✅ Avoid excessive traffic or moisture exposure for 24 hours after application.
