Installation is generally straightforward:
- Measure the rung and cut the cover to the required length.
- Clean and dry the metal surface to remove dirt, grease, rust and loose material.
- Test-fit the cover to confirm the correct shape and position.
- Apply a suitable structural adhesive evenly to the rung or inside the cover.
- Press the cover firmly into place, ensuring it sits securely over the top and sides while the underside remains open.
- Use tape or temporary clamps to hold it in position while the adhesive cures.
- Allow the full recommended curing time before using the ladder.
- Measure the rung and cut the cover to the required length.
