Particularly wet weather and wintry conditions can result in accidents around the workplace, with customers slipping and workers and staff sliding down steps and loosing footing in areas such as fire exits. Bolt Down Plates help provide anti slip support on a wide range of surfaces, such as non slip tape for decking, and substrates and can be coated with Safety Grip self adhesive anti slip tape in many colours, including hazard warning chevrons and photoluminescent Glow In The Dark. The plates are available in a flat design for screwing onto a surface, or in a L-shape (120mm x 635mm x 45mm) for fixing to steps and stairs.
If using on ocean going boats or on substrates adjacent to sea water, the aluminium can corrode due to galvanic reaction.

Steps on decking not cheap but stainless steel backed far better than tape worked fine bought again best I have found having tried grit tape and grit paint in the past this product works
My decking steps were treacherous when wet now they are completely safe 👍this product is not cheap but worth the price imo.
Ordered these for my decking as it gets slippy in the winter. Easy to screw into the decking and provide good anti slip. Will be ordering some more for the other ‘hot spots’ on the decking in the winter.
We needed non slip surface for new pressure treated steps on the back porch. Since it's not recommended too put down tape for about a year, we went with this screw down option. It's working great. Good grip. Sturdy. Should be great throughout the winter.
