Materials Needed:

• Slipsaway Standard Grade Anti-Slip Tape
• Cleaning solution or alcohol wipes
• Scissors or utility knife

Installation Steps:

1. Surface Preparation:

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dust, dirt, or debris. Clean the area using a suitable cleaning solution. This step is crucial for optimal adhesion.

2. Measure and Cut:

Measure the length of the area where you want to apply the anti-slip tape. Use scissors or a utility knife to cut the tape to the desired size. Make sure to account for any curves or angles in the surface.

3. Peel Off Backing:

Peel off a small portion of the backing from one end of the anti-slip tape. This will expose the adhesive side of the tape.

4. Position and Press:

Carefully place the exposed adhesive side of the tape onto the prepared surface. Start from one end and press down firmly, smoothing the tape along the surface as you go. Avoid creating air bubbles or wrinkles.

5. Continue Application:

Gradually peel off the remaining backing while pressing down the tape onto the surface. Work in small sections to ensure a smooth and even application.

6. Smooth Out Air Bubbles:

If any air bubbles or wrinkles appear during application, smooth them out with your hands. Ensure that the tape adheres securely to the surface.

7. Trim Excess Tape:

Once the entire length is applied, use scissors or a utility knife to trim any excess tape. Cut along the edges or corners for a neat and professional finish.

8. Final Press:

After the installation is complete, go over the entire length of the tape, pressing down firmly to enhance adhesion.

Additional Tips:

• For best results, avoid installing the tape on wet surfaces.
