The AHD22 72 x 55mm Heavy-Duty Stair Nosing is a premium aluminium stair edge profile designed to improve safety, visibility, and accessibility in commercial, industrial, and public environments.
Featuring a 72mm tread and 55mm riser, this heavy-duty stair nosing provides excellent step-edge definition and slip resistance, making it ideal for high-traffic stairways in schools, offices, warehouses, retail units, and public buildings.
Manufactured from durable commercial-grade aluminium, the profile includes a high-grip anti-slip insert to help reduce the risk of slips and falls. The integrated glow-in-the-dark strip absorbs light from natural or artificial sources and automatically illuminates in low-light or power-loss situations, helping to improve stair visibility during emergency evacuations.
This stair nosing is DDA compliant, making it suitable for accessible and inclusive building projects.
